Frequently Asked Questions
What do your products cost?
Our prices vary widely depending on the nature of what you're looking for. If you need a handful of practical bird-nesting houses, a large, fully landscaped structure in your yard, or even a horse stall or pigeon housing, we are happy to accommodate any need. Simple wood signs can average around $60, while a custom dog house for a large breed can vary between $250 - $700 depending on the materials you select and the size of the project. Fully landscaped, "on-site" projects require an estimate (free of charge). We are always able to discuss options and will always do our very best to accommodate almost any budget.
How long can my dog/pet be left outside?
This is the question we most often get asked. This one above all others, really depends on a lot of factors. From things as basic as what type of animal you have and what part of the country you live in to which direction you chose to face the doorway of the structure in your yard.
We offer many solutions to mitigate problems in cold weather, including timer controlled, heating lamps. All of our outdoor homes (for dogs) are fully insulated and we always insist on using straw as a base material for your animal's floor. It helps control moisture levels both in hot and cold temperatures as well as acts as an effective insulator. We will always prefer the owner to be mindful of their pet's safety and keep a close watch for the warning signs of both heat and cold exposure, and to never leave your pet unattended for long periods of time on extremely hot or cold days. While we guarantee our products, close monitoring of your pet is crucial to ensuring their safety. For specific information about this question regarding your pets, please contact your veterinarian for advice, or contact us with your questions and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Please note: We will not build an outdoor home that is UN-insulated. Unfortunately, we can not accept a guarantee that your pet will not be overexposed to extreme conditions without adequate protection.

How long does it take to build a custom house?
The length of time it takes, incorporates both the design and build. Designing usually requires a few conversations with a client before any plans are drafted, but if your project is a standard material, the finished product can usually be delivered within a 2 week period. Detailed quotes will be issued with each, individual project.
Something's wrong with my recently purchased product. What do I do?
When you purchased your product or when it was delivered, you would have been issued a warranty information page along with your bill of sale. Simply call us, or send us the number in the top, right hand corner of your bill along with a description of the problem and if possible, detailed photographs. If it is covered under the warranty, we will promptly, at no cost to you, attend your residence and quickly fix the issue. If it is not covered, or your warranty period is over, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements to do any and all repairs / additions.
We will continue to update this page as new questions come up that need to be resolved. If you did not find the answer to your question; please contact us, or send us a message on Facebook by clicking here
